    Yeah, roof is intact at least. But some ingress we can’t figure oot, and damp plaster, so something isn’t right

    And I’ve never done wild swimming at all, no wet suit for me either, so might just pass

      No, outdoor swimming sounds terrible!! I love swimming but hate the cold!!
