Hi, I installed Lineage OS 18.1 on switch, and joycons don’t work consistently when is some games, am I missing any setting?

To give an example, I’m trying to play Brotato, first it worked, I needed to reinstall Lineage now joycons don’t respond in game (they respond in Console launcher) I get them out and try to re-pair bluetooth, I try switching some Switch settings, now they work. I get an error, need to restart, they don’t respond anymore… I think it’s just the joysticks and action buttons, because home works, and + presses the current button.

Can anyone help with this?
