It means whatever the alt right chodes decide it means at whatever moment you ask them. I’ve never seen someone fly it that didn’t have it right next to a trump flag.

I never knew about the origin of the flag but I always see it used by ancaps and other far right groups.
The red and black colors and the black cat arching its back are anarchist symbols.
Anarcho-syndicalism specifically; which is very much anathema to anarcho-capitalism.
