This doesn’t look entirely accurate. Vermont doesn’t have a law on the books, meaning we default to the federal standard of one party consent.
What if I am in Kansas and the other party is in Missouri at the time of the call?
According to the map, you can record whomever you like, including Missourians, from Kansas.
I thought maybe there would be a federal law that would regulate interstate phone communication recording.
