    This isn’t necessarily directed at you, but just an expression of frustration with the enshittified web:

    I don’t know what that link is, but a link to a PDF is one whose url ends in .pdf and, when clicked, downloads a file that you can then open and display in your PDF rendering software of choice. It does not open a motherfucking HTML file that displays the document along with some other Google Docs UI bullshit that prevents you from downloading the actual PDF file properly!

        …wow, that is a much more manual and complicated workflow than I expected. I thought it was going to be more like a batch-process script or something.
