Why would you ever want blasphemy laws, wtf
Laws like this can be written for reasons other than blasphemy. If Muslim people are minority in a country and Qurans are burnt out of communal hatred, it can be considered a crime under hate speech laws or something like that. Does not have any relation to what is written in the Quran specifically.
exactly , Russian nazis did this and many Hindus have deep hatred for Muslims .
