I know Tony Kahn has her stuck in RoH because shes a draw and RoH needs draws, but I hope athena makes her way into a program that people actually watch.
100% this. It’s time for Athena to be back on TV.
Shes been doing such good work in RoH its kind of a shame that we arent seeing it. I feel like if it werent for that dumb 1 womans match per night limit we’d have room for athena. All the other RoH champions have big matches on TV or PPV. Athena is their BEST forevever champion and she gets stuck on RoH streaming.
I was genuinely surprised she took the win. She tends to come out and put on a good show and then do the job when up against big names, but I’m glad she did. Shida is a good performer.
Shida also tends to be their go to for a good placeholder or in between champion while things move on and settle. I wonder if they needed Saraya to drop the belt because of her old injuries or because she just wasnt able to perform to the level needed to carry the belt.
Also give me Tony Chimel to voice crack for the Rated R Suuuuuuperstar.
