    Then there is the suburbanites who think they are country people but couldn’t go a day without driving there “work truck” through the starbucks drive through. There isn’t any deer near by but that’s ok because they would cry if there “work truck” got a scratch on it. Good thing children in school zones don’t scratch up trucks (: Isn’t suburban life great? You get to life in a city without the benefits of living in a city and you also get to live in the country without the benefits of living in the country. Worst of both worlds 🥰

      Meanwhile on the complete opposite side of the spectrum there’s places like Angered north of Gothenburg, where they just built a bunch of apartment blocks in the middle of the forest.

      Thousands of people who get to live mere minutes walk away from the woods while also enjoying the benefits of density (lots of amenities, great public transport).

    Deer can cause serious damage even to a real truck hauling 70000 pounds; in order for one to explode into red mist like this guy says you’d need to hit it with a speeding train.
