Although I don’t use it personally I used google for a very short time in a professional setting, with high speed internet access, and the results and speed of delivery was trash when compared.

I’ve had the exact opposite experience.
Not doubting your word. How could we compare experiences in a somewhat reliable way?
Can’t we just shout at each other instead like civilized people?
Why? Shouting is painful to hear and a waste of energy.
