    This should be no surprise to anyone who’s done cardio in their life. Hills and stairs are the bane of my existence and will never be easy.

    Forgive me if I’m being blind here, but did the study actually control or compare for or with regular walking, or did they just look at people who climbed stairs regardless of other activity?
