I need to push through I guess because the drama in the first season was so soapy. Hate when they ruin a good sci-fi with interpersonal drama
I actually think the focus on the characters is one of the show’s strengths. Without the soapiness, it’s an interesting concept that could still work, but the emotional hard hits from all the drama are really what set the show apart in my mind.

It’s absolutely brilliant. One of my favorite shows. I’ll never use an iPhone and hate apple as a company… But I do have to concede that between mythic quest, for all mankind and severance that they have some of the best shows.
while the high seas make me producer-distributor agnostic, it does make finding new shoes a bit more difficult. i appreciate recommendation
