Mignola didn’t draw the whole series of Hellboy. He did come back for the “Hellboy In Hell” arc which was amazing. There was a good amount of time where he mostly just wrote it and did the cover art for issues instead of drawing each page.
That Hellboy in Hell series was also where I stopped. I kinda want to go back and reread it all again.
Huh I got the omnibus vol 1-3 that ends with HiH (agreed amazing top five tpb imo) it must’ve been exclusively Mignola’s omnibus or I’m an uncultured pig demon and didn’t notice.
I loved the art style from the begining of the Hellboy comics so much. Can’t wait to play the game since it really channels that look well.
