It would be. There’s a grocery store near me that remodeled and changed their restrooms to individual rooms. Now there’s just a bank of ~8 gender neutral restrooms. It’s very nice.
For now I think the best solution is to turn 50% of bathrooms gender neutral so that those less comfortable with mixed bathrooms just might need to walk a little further but still have a place to go. I personally don’t really get why some people feel uncomfortable about that kind of thing but this way everyone should be happy. I’ve seen it a few places now.

The first time I saw that I was in awe. Super queer friendly area that I wish it was in the budget to move to.
