parts A-D Rock
Honestly, I thought that’s where the joke was going.
No. Anything JJ Abrams has ever touched doesn’t count.
They’re canon only in a Trek universe, not the Trek universe.
No wait… if history is the same as reality to a point, wouldn’t they still be canon? Like someone could be like “Hey, computer, play me something popular from mid 20th century earth.” And it just happens to find Brass Monkey?
I know I’ll catch flak for this but they’re what got me into Star Trek. I was completely unfamiliar with it and the movies were fun so I got into the shows. Obviously they share very little besides a vague aesthetic but the movies were a good bridge for me as a teenager
There are FOUR parts!
Awesome!
I’ve just sent it to a bunch of my friends that love or hate puns.
My rewrite:
Beastie boys have been trying to issue a 5 part anthology. There’s some sort of conflict between labels with the 5th volume though. Volumes A through D will be released before Christmas but Beastie Boys will have to fight for their right to part E.
SNW should have an episode where the current living members of the Beastie Boys time travel to the 23rd century and they will ask to be sent back in time to tell their younger selves to create “Intergalactic” after their time aboard the Enterprise.
Nothing wrong with a bit of classical music.
@Lydia_K woke up and chose violence.

Nope, because the JJverse is not the Trek universe!
At least JJ had the decency to put it in an alt dimension where its canonicity can be properly disregarded.
True, that´s the one thing I like about the JJverse!
I mean Futurama told us they go well into the future.
“No bloody A, B, C, or D.”
So is Steppenwolf.
