Being the party of personal liberty and small government, I’m sure they’ll rule that people can do what they like as long as it hurts no one.

If you are against same sex marriage, you can simply say no if someone of the same sex asks you to marry them. It’s extremely easy and can be done by anyone. But please leave other people alone and do whatever they want to do. I won’t interfere with your strange religion or lifestyle, so I expect the same from you.
the same kim davis fighting her right to deny marriage to gay people,. have been fighting it for 10 years, bankrolled by many conservative groups, otherwise she wouldve given up.
