Due to the current Wizard Spellbook mechanics they are both better multiclassed right now.
A Sorcerer 10/Wizard 2 still gets 6th lvl spells and with the Warped Headband of Intellect those spells are also still hitting pretty hard. Evocation and Draconic work particularly well together since Sculpt Spells is also effectively a free Careful metamagic.
Do you want to be versatile? Or do you want to never have to plan on advance?
