You underestimate the power of “but the Switch 2.1 OLED + Limited Edition looks kinda slightly neat so I can’t not buy three of them

this is actually the opposite of what I’ve seen. quite a few fanboys are dubious and some are boycotting with sad expressions on their faces.

that’s how badly nintendo have fucked up. sensible individuals amongst their own fan base are turning on them.

Between my wife and I we own damn near every Nintendo console, including every game boy, most of the DS/3DS versions, and even the Wii U. We bought two Switches because we both wanted to play BotW so badly at the same time lol.

This is where I draw the line. Palworld is an imperfect but fun game that I really enjoyed, and PocketPair deserves their success. It’s entirely on Nintendo/Game Freak for utterly failing to innovate that they now have such strong competition. They had more than enough money to try something new, get fucked.

A boycott would work, I just think most Nintendo fans are empty in their threats and will still buy the switch 2 just like all those MW2 players did back then.

My boycott will work. I was gonna. It 4 switch 2 consoles.

            Now I will buy zero.

And contribute to efforts to crack that thing.

If you buy something, you own it.
