However, the government does not plan to raise taxes on tobacco next year after an increase this year, the prime minister said.

    Someone once told me- I don’t know if it’s true- that opossums and raccoons get hit by cars so often because they get addicted to cigarettes by eating cigarette butts dropped on the side of the road.

      That sounds a bit far fetched. I think they get hit because they need to cross the road.
