IPAs do not need any more support. At all. If they were an animal they would be culled annually. I’m not saying they shouldn’t exist, I’m saying they’re overextended, and I’d like to try something else.
That’s the joke. Thinking of IPA’s as out of control ticket infested deer is quite funny though.
Don’t say that too loud, someone will make an IPA that tastes like a tick-infested deer in a deep coniferous forest.
