Theocratic Germany strikes again. Also, don’t dance, or the islamists CDU will arrest you.

Car tuning is just immature bloke behaviour and actually endangers everyone else in the public compared to dancing on a cult day.

Also WTF has Islam to do with this?

Well the stupid dance ban on Karfreitag is due to “not hurting religious feelings”. There are also some movies banned to be screened in the cinema and TV.

It’s really ridiculous in the year 2025 and seems similar to some restrictions in theocratic regimes.

I guess that’s what he meant

Ich weiß was gemeint ist, but I still don’t get why religious authoritarianism by Christians is called Islamist. I don’t like neither religion, but we won’t get any progress by calling it the wrong religion.

What does Noise Pollution have to do with Theocracy?

If your shitbox is not complying with security and emission regulations, the police will impound it.

And if you’re attempting illegal street races on public roads you’ll be punished way harder. (Justified)

Because every year people die because some morons decided they want to have a race with 200km/h+ through a city.

      E Wie Einfach

      Yes, it’s annoying as fuck.

Especially the motorcycles with their 75-IQ-Riders who take the the noise cancelling out of their exhaust because they think everybody wants to hear their shitty engine.

I’m very happy for everyone of them who gets busted

In Europe, too, police protects the interests of the capital over the interests of humans. And in Germany in particular, we unfortunately also have massive extremist right wing issues in the force and no notable counter movement within the polices.

Its a complex thematic, but thats not right.

To tell that the police has a problem with fascist, racist and sexist tendecies is right. But its a problem every larger group has, even the green party, the left party or the Anti-Fa.

Especially in some federal states like Schleswig-Holstein, Niedersachsen and Baden-Würtemberg the police did a lot to prevent anti-democratic and fascist tendecies. And were in some part really sucessfull.

Furthermore the biggest Police-Union (GDP) placed statements against the AfD and PolizeiGrün (a green-party near, left-alternative Police-organisation) is doing a lot of political influence-work.

So imho for Germany and other parts of Europe: If you are a true anarchist, “ACAB” is just consequent. For all other political views its at least naive.

But racism is only one and small part of ACAB. The main thing is the protection of capital over humans.

            Anti-Fa

Antifa is not a cohesive group.

              • The police isnt a coheaive group too.

              • the decision what the police has to do and not is a decision by our democratic system - not by the police, or more exactly, the police hast just a really small part in this decisions

So probably you are just against our democratic system?

“Anarchism is when there’s no sound emission regulations for tailpipes” is literally a lib take.

Where ACAB, on a personal level, comes into play in Schleswig-Holstein (or, well, came, laws have changed) is getting your weed impounded and then somehow no letter from the state attorney ever arrives, informing you they’re not going to prosecute because “minor amount”. The dreaded letter from the driving license authority, accusing you of being unfit to drive because of having an “addiction personality”? Not there, either. One may just come to the conclusion that that bastard of a cop didn’t file paperwork and opted to smoke your weed instead.

Sure, they also do stuff like enforcing court orders to throw someone out of an apartment for not paying rent – and into the hands of the Ordnungsamt to assign a shelter place and gently kick them towards social services. But a) they didn’t write those laws, b) it’s probably not their favourite part of the job and c) the Ordnungsamt is cops, too. Municipal, ununiformed, and unarmed, but still cops. ACAB in that sense has no more power to judge individuals than “there’s no ethical consumption under capitalism”. That is: All cops are bastards but yes so are the rest of us.

this is a pretty decent take. very refreshing after watching the other conversation devolve into a slapfight.

Wild take on the ACAB-thematic, but this way, it makes sense. But I wouldn agree. Im more like the “Most people have a good heart, so lets make the world a better place together”-guy. :)
