I have asked before, and no one knew at the time, so I will try again here: Does anyone know where the whole “Blazin’ Bev” thing actually comes from? How did that start?
Not sure. There’s just a lot of frames in TNG where Bev looks stoned out of her mind, so someone probably put 2 and 2 together and the rest is history.
