If your name is different on your license/REAL ID than it is on your birth certificate, you will need to get a passport in order to be eligible to vote. This would disenfranchise an estimated 70 million married and trans people.
They need 60 votes to pass this in the Senate, which would require all Republicans as well as seven Democrats. Call and message your Senators and tell them to vote NAY on the SAVE Act!
