Sounds like he had a choice to me. Do his job or bow to a fascist. I guess continuing is a waste of time if you’ve stopped giving a rat’s ass about the law you swore to uphold. I won’t disagree that my comment isn’t factually correct, but frankly at this point it feels like semantics. Our justice system is fucked and no one is holding those who deserve it accountable. The mechanics of how or why frankly are irrelevant to me.
