Nice to see you’re still at it. I havent made any in 6+ months but I have an idea to try hibiscus. It has recently become my favorite drink and adding the concentrated hibiscus, cinnamon tea in a second ferment sounds promising.
That sounds yummy and I bet it would come out a beautiful color
Ohh I grew up drinking soursop juice! I should make it into a kumbucha. That would be so nostalgic
