What’s in the spice mix and when/where in the recipe do you add it?
dried guajillo chili, whole mexican oregano, cumin, coriander, all spice, black pepper. I cook the beans plain then finish them in a pot with the seasonings, tomato paste and whatever else I feel like adding at the time.
