idk how many people know this but mashups like these are actually considered transformative under fair use laws. But only if, like lets say you are using sound effects, but are doing something with them unintended in the regional creation. Like if you were using the Sonic ring effect, to replicate a Mario song. That would be transformative. But don’t risk getting dmcad doing this unless you know what you are doing and are lining up the scales under fair use.
