Not directly. Countries outside America must consistently invest and develop. This could become an OSS solution that could be marketed to companies and internationally. I’m thinking back to Munich and the Limux project, for example. Everyone was happy, only the mayor of Munich, an MS fanboy, destroyed the project with lobbying (but Munich did get an MS company building in return…) Just think how far it could have developed and been profitable… The problem is the global lobbying of MS (while America is currently accusing others of unfairness). Politicians can be lured by money-filled suitcases or promises of new MS companies, etc.

So its the job of the countries cause a companie wouldnt do that. Once equally good alternatives exist that are OSS, companies automatically switch over time for cost savings. However, companies within a country can join forces to lobby politicians to finally launch their own projects to promote OSS.

Fun fact: The nice thing is MS business behavior is also bullying the customer… MS is by definition a global terrorist group. The legal terrorist… terrorizing millions of people… Gimmicks like recall should not be forgotten either.

Ms. and nsa are a dream team in industrial espionage. To destroy entrepreneurs in allied countries and steal the knowledge. In other words, forward-looking companies outside America can expect espionage etc. throughout, making ms an additional threat. My favorite example is wind power and the German company Enercon… completely destroyed because of MS and stolen by america.
