I think we can already make reasonable assessments about Hamilton’s (lack of) adaptability from the last few years of Mercedes, can’t we? He’s clearly struggled with that car whenever it’s not felt just the way he likes it.
Frankly, until last year, he was still outperforming russell in the races and in the championship positions
He looked better when the car was good, but worse when the car was bad. Which is kind of what I meant, he didn’t seem as adaptable even though his ceiling in terms of race pace was higher than Russel’s.
