Dumb question but does the game look close to this?
Buckle up buddy. This is a screenshot.
I think their question is if this is gameplay or a cut scene?
The answer remains unchanged, the cutscenes in CP2077 are first person, and in-engine.
Yes. Yes it does. At least on PC. Most likely all high settings with some ray tracing going on. No pre rendered cutscenes
Looks incredible!

Bro just go to Shanghai
Too much Japanese for a “European” city
Night City is on the west coast of North America. The world in cyberpunk is heavily controlled by global influences, of which the Japanese Arasaka is arguably the largest.
Never played the game, but I thought it was in Spain for some reason.
The society in the game uses a global currency called “euro-dollars”. I’m not sure the concept of countries is relevant in the future depicted by the game. The wars and politics are about corporations, not governments.
Oh yes, I get that, I meant geographically, not in an actual national sense.
Well this is taken outside of Japantown, looking into the Arasaka (Japanese) business district.
You’ve never seen any cyberpunk movies or books? They’re all like that. Cyberpunk was made during a time where Japan was at the forefront of technology, every device you bought came from them. So people could easily imagine a future where Japan becomes a major world power and Japanese a kind of new lingua franca
