It is a mirror of r/50501, but it’s also the official 50501 Lemmy instance. I don’t believe it is federating.

Oh, would you look at that! I very happily eat my words; it just looked like there wasn’t any federation going on over there earlier. Happy to be proven wrong.
In either case, eventually we will probably close this community and shift over to the communities hosted over there.
Backups are cool too, you don’t need to erase it all.
