I am in good shape, literally writing this from the gym. If you’re making minimum wage, work excessive hours in a sedentary job, live in a food desert and have shitty genes it’s incredibly difficult to not be obese. But that’s besides the point of the thread, I’d rather not get into it

You probably can’t afford world leading nutritionists, personal trainers, chefs, etc. Being that shape with billions is a feat of gluttony
