[Notice: Softlocking issue on Mobile Devices with Pending Purchases]
Hello, this is Project Moon.
We would like to inform you of the softlocking issue that occured after the Feb. 27th, 2025 Scheduled Update on mobile devices with pending purchases.
A hotfix will be deployed at Feb. 28th, 18:00 (KST) to address this issue.
The hotfix will be deployed upon restarting the game without a separate client update; please note that additional in-game downloads will occur.
[Issue]
An issue where devices with pending purchases cannot proceed from the Window menu
[Cause]
Insufficient logic testing for pending purchases on “resource loading error that occurs when, on mobile, the user enters the Shop for the first time as a new account” error fix
[Solution]
The part of the game with issues has been reverted.
However, the ‘resource loading error that occurs when, on mobile, the user enters the Shop for the first time as a new account’ error will occur again, and we will attempt another fix for this issue.
We will inform you via a Scheduled Update Notice as soon as this issue is resolved.

Include tests for pending purchases as well when changing Shop-related logic
