Description: As U.S. President Donald Trump continues to propose absorbing Canada, Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe disregards the threat — but says Canada needs to prioritize energy and food security to avoid putting itself in a ‘vulnerable position,’ and criticizes a ‘lack of leadership’ from the federal Liberal government.

Nah, I bet we’ll get rid of the rest of supply management instead to appease the unappealable. Under PP, I’m fairly certain this will happen. Under Carney, not so certain but I think it might still be on the cards.

For me it’s all talk till I see it in action. Too many examples of people talking to the left, governing to the right. So while I know what you’re saying and have heard him say good things, I’m skeptical until proven otherwise. With that said I’m voting for him for a leader and will vote ABC in my riding, which most likely means LPC since the NDP doesn’t cross 10% here. ☺️

That’s fair. I just remember him when he led the BoC during the 2008-09 crash. He was often on tv talking about where we stood economically, and what other government orgs and the bank were doing to help us.

I admired his forthrightness and honesty then, and I still see it now.
