What about the people who never got their treatment because the insurance company wouldn’t authorize it up front?

I have serious permanent damage to my vision in one eye because the insurance company would not approve the medication my doctor chose. Now, years later, I am on that initial medication my doctor chose and it works great. I spent a couple years trying two other medications first and they were horrible.
