    Congress impeaches, then there is a trial in the Senate. A simple majority for the impeachment. A supermajority 2/3s for the trial that convicts them essentially for whatever the impeachment was.

    Note that defying a federal judge is breaking the constitutional process and members of the legislative branch have sworn an oath to uphold and protect those processes. Meaning when they do not vote to remove him, they are breaking their oath of office and likely could be considered to be committing treason.

    There is going to be a lot of oaths broken soon

      Their inaction since 2017 broke those oaths long ago.
