The film [is] a dramatic and controversial story about a corrupt city government that uses an innocent community as its drug distribution center to generate money to fund revolutions in Central America. The film depicts corrupt city officials involved in unthinkable situations with a storyline that is sure to keep you glued to the screen. With Martial Arts gaining steam over the past few years … its no wonder why we are seeing more and more quality martial arts action films dealing with extreme situations. … the making of this movie is just another example of how martial arts is truly main stream.

This is a charmless video-shot exercise without enough camp value to merit inclusion on !bmoviebonanza@lemmy.world
However it does have two items of interest. First, the inclusion of Fred Williamson, a former pro footballer and star of famed blaxploitation movies such as Hell up in Harlem and Black Caesar; apparently he only spent two days on this film, but he’s in it towards the end. The second is the inclusion of George Dillman, who you will recognize if you’ve spent any time watching “fake martial arts” videos. This video is on Dillman’s youtube site; he has a scene in which he explains his “pressure point” system, and another in which he “fights” a couple guys while performing an impressive leg-splits.
Besides that there are a couple other martial artists and stuntmen and there’s a christian theme to it so the director might have gotten his church involved or something. The director tries to put together a story, and kind of succeeds… it’s not something you’ll want to put much thought into, but hey… it’s a bad movie…
