Well I don’t think you pronounce the “t” in buffet, so it doesn’t start with a T

Edit: I just realized/actually read the whole thing. The whole point is that it is ambiguous 😑

I sorta like that written English doesn’t care how it’s pronounced. However, I do think people should care less about spelling; if it’s clear, it’s done its job.
