If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that’s also illegal.

Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power.

    He’s right. A judge can’t control the executive’s legitimate power.

    The parts he really really really wants you to overlook are the illegitimate acts.

      When the president does it, it’s legal

      The supreme court went and said that anything vaguely related to presidential duties can’t be questioned by the court.

      This is frighteningly close to President = King and tyranny.

    I think Trump and the Supreme Court are gonna have that showdown sooner rather than later.

    Regardless of what the outcome is, the outcome terrifies me.
