Summary

Trump is expected to sign an executive order barring transgender women and girls from competing on sports teams matching their gender identity.

Rep. Nancy Mace will stand alongside Trump as he signs the order, titled “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports.” Legal experts question its enforceability without changes to Title IX or court rulings.

The move follows years of Republican efforts to restrict trans rights, contrasting with Biden’s attempts to expand protections.

See how much he cares about protecting women’s sports? Next up, kill the Dept of Education and Title IX and essentially destroy opportunities for women in sports.

Executive orders are not laws, so they can’t actual impact anything not controlled by executive policy unless some bigots or cowards proactively obey (which happened with hospitals already). Your local sports league doesn’t need to check with the president about who they let play. Even colleges, which receive more federal money, aren’t bound by whatever the president feels like.

What are they gonna do, chromosome test every single female athlete? This is impossible to enforce. Won’t stop them from trying, of course >_>

No, not every woman, just the black and brown ones.

This is going to be enforced the exact same way the war on drugs is; selectively based on perceived race.

Mostly, but it truly is just any woman they want to demean. JK Rowling got a taste of transvestigations from her own audience without the slightest slip of irony acknowledged, she just called it sexist.
