Interesting, but isn’t one of Taler’s main features the anonymity of the money sender? I feel like if you pay digitally, you also give out your address so the article can be sent. But maybe it’s also good for in person trades if you don’t have enough cash?
Well, yeah. In person digital payments are of course also possible and in general you might not really mind the seller knowing your address, but want to avoid the payment processor or your bank knowing from whom you bought something.
