Honestly I don’t think any of this has an end game. If they were not able to continue using immigration as a scare tactic then they’ve lost the main weapon in their arsenal. They don’t ever want the " immigration" problem solved because it’s what keeps them in office.

This is all theater it will fail, it was never intended to succeed. when they lose power they will use it and say that Democrats somehow ruined it for them.

You have to specify who “they” are. There isn’t one “end game”, there are dozens if not hundreds of various plans from power brokers that all have competing interests. Sure some of their plans might overlap, but there is no “end game”.

Right now there is massive in fighting because Elon wants cheap H1B Visas and the true believers want to completely shutdown any new entrants and remove every immigrant.
