    I’m not clear on what jurisdictional laws can be set at a state vs federal overrule. If NLRA is governing reference and doesn’t say anything to the effect it makes sense, even with a supreme Court challenge it would hold up. The NLRB, now controlled by Trump appointees again (thanks to Dems fumbling reappointment confirmation opportunity last month that would have kept dem majority for 2 more years), will also be working to tear apart the NLRA as much as possible with rulings.

    Just concerned whether in the elected and appointed official department what the risk is of engaging in this precedent setting case might be given it would lose if there is any chance.
