Being timely is not the issue when there is a system that doesn’t leave people with their own schedule hanging. For me as a designer that’s a big issue, because after a time not working on a project I will forget stuff, forget my intentions, my rationale for certain decisions, the whole energy and the momentum of the project is forgotten and it’s hard to start it up again. I try to write down as much as possible but the truth is that is much harder to keep up the quality of the work in projects like that.
