Wash your hands, and get back into the COVID habit of using your shirttail to touch public surfaces like opening doors, wash your produce, cook shellfish thoroughly, clean and disinfect surfaces, wash laundry in hot water, and stay home if you get it. Don’t touch public things and then put your fingers in your mouth.

If I could have any super power, it would be the ability to not touch my face or personal items after touching public surfaces

stay home if you get it

I was on a back country work trip about ten years ago, and everyone except one other person and myself got Norovirus. They were having profuse diarrhea and vomiting at the same time, while we all had to hike several miles to a vehicle. I can’t see how anyone could leave home 🤢

About 20 years ago I got hit with a norovirus. Now I rarely get the flu … like once every 10 years or so, and it’s usually done in a few days.

That bout of norovirus kicked my ass for 2 full weeks. I couldn’t even attend university classes I was so wiped.

Be safe out there, and wash your hands often.
