    Can anyone explain how this waste of taxpayer dollars is “conservative”?

      The American definition of conservative and liberal stopped following fiscal policies decades ago, with both major parties. It only refers to some social aspects now, and even that’s a stretch at times.

          Not sure it is sadly. A lot of people still think that those descriptors apply… In large part because of the media’s complicity in spreading any falsehood they’re fed in exchange for maximum revenue.
