Will he waive it? Probably. I don’t see how contesting it will be successful.
I have a bit of an advantage in this regard due to the fact I watch NYC TV. There is no question he’ll be retuning to NYC as NY has now submitted the paperwork. Fighting extradition does nothing for him.
