Aye I have a friend like you. She cares about the quality but she is the only who one does. I keep telling her that’s not her job and not her pay grade, especially not when her supervisor doesn’t care. She is much happier now that she has resigned.
It impacts me directly at times giving me more work than needed or the work I’ve done in the past gets totally invalided and makes me feel like I’ve wasted all that time doing things, especially if I was told to do it by my manager and they somehow forget that they told me to do it in the first place.
