It depends on what you’re referring to as a “ghost gun.” I think most majority 3d printed guns, especially pistol sized ones, are single shot, but people are 3d printing frames and furniture as well. It could theoretically have been a printed glock frame with actual glock internals (I think those 80% finished lowers could be used to circumvent various gun laws and be considered a ghost gun as a result, which is what my money was on it being) and I know there are designs for 3d printed semi-auto rifles that take standard AR-15 magazines and the like.
It’s all a moot discussion anyway because they walked back their ghost gun claim and are now saying that it was a legit handgun.
