Inaccurate. It seems the Eldar has decapitated the Monkeigh. You can expect this from a lesser Xenos such as a Tau. An Eldar would instead remove the face while preserving the health of the skin and mock the distressed MonKeigh with it.
I believe these all represent the ways individual factions of elder interact with humanity. I of course can’t really tell you which is witch tho as I’m not a filthy heretic
