I had a nice Kathril Aspect Warper deck. It was mainly a voltron deck but used the graveyard instead of auras/equipments etc…
My goal was to pack the deck with creatures that had as many keywords as possible on them and find a way to discard them reliably. I could then cast Kathril as a flying first strike double strike trample vigilance lifelink indestructible reach deathtouch hexproof menace with +11/+11 counters. Game was over in max three turns after that. Before the appearance of Farewell, it never ever got removed.
I got there using graveyard tutor effects like Fauna Shaman or Jarad’s orders to get some of the most loaded creatures I could find. MVPS were Zetalpa Primal Dawn, Bassara Tower archer and Akroma vision of Ixidor (angel!). The deck is white so it’s a good idea to run some good ole Rule of law, Ghostly Prison, Thalia etc…since you might be opened a bit during early game. I didn’t really bother as I would rather focus but I did try this strat to great effect.
Anyway kinda fun deck although a bit repetitive with the tutor targets and all but definitely a unique take on voltron as far as I can tell.
